Telephone Advice & Consultations
ALL Reception staff have been trained and asked to triage all telephone calls from patients. Help us to help you by answering any questions the Reception team ask regarding your call.
Many medical problems can be sorted out with advice from the GP or Practice Nurse over the telephone. It is not always necessary to visit the Practice for a face-to-face consultation.
Please phone and ask for a Telephone Consultation if you think this will help your medical problem. The GP/Practice Nurse will return your call during Practice hours – however Receptionists are unable to give a specific time when the GP/Nurse will call. Remember to leave an up to date contact telephone number where you can be reached.
