1) You should no longer send requests or queries via the practice email address.
2) You should continue to submit online requests via our website -
All electronic requests for medical help, prescription requests and administrative queries should be submitted using the online forms available on our website. www.harbourmedicalpractice.co.uk
3) You should still be able to book appointments via telephone or in person at the surgery
Please be aware that routine appointments may not always be immediately available but like most NHS services everywhere, may be several days away.
Our administration staff will be doing their best to help you and will often need to ask you questions about your requests. Please understand and work with them.
Our goal is to make it easier for you to get the care you need, making use of the resources available to us.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we make this transition.
